Living & Dining Room
- Open all curtains/blinds to let in natural light.
- Clear worktops, tables & sideboards of non-essential items (newspapers/magazines).
- Keep the floor clear and tidy. (e.g. toys laying around & general clutter)
Kitchen
- Ensure the sink and draining board is clear.
- Remove saucepans/pans from hob & worktop.
- Clear bins away from sight.
- Remove branded items from visible view (cleaning products & utensils).
Bedrooms
- Make sure all bedding is fresh & well presented.
- Hide anything unsightly that is stored the bed.
- Clear any piles of clothes, shoes & towels etc.
Bathrooms
- Remove towels, bath mats, dressing gowns & bins.
- Hide from view any cleaning products/toiletries.
- Make sure the bathroom is clean & dry.
Outside Areas
- Move vehicles & bins from the front of your home.
- Clear garden of toys, clothes on washing lines, etc.
- Freshly cut grass in your garden is preferable.
Finishing Touches
- Flowers add a nice colourful feature to a photo.
- Hallways are rarely photographed, so an ideal place for you to store items.
