What is an Energy Performance Certificate?

An energy performance certificate presents the energy efficiency of a property on a scale of A-G, where A is very efficient and G is very inefficient. The certificate includes recommendations on ways to improve the homes energy efficiency, which allows you to save money. If you are buying or selling a home, it is now compulsory to have a certificate by law. From October 2008 EPCs are required whenever a building is built, sold or rented out.

How do we assess EPC?

Our fully qualified energy assessors cover all London areas for residential energy performance certificates and commercial EPCs. One of our assessors will visit your property and will examine key items such as loft insulation, domestic boiler, hot water tank, radiators, windows for double glazing etc. We will then give you an EPC rating with a certificate. We deliver a speedy service and you will gain your certificate within 24 hours. Our prices remain the most competitive with the industry from a dedicated and friendly team.
